HFAM exists to support and connect Latino firefighters and first responders through education, mentorship, community engagement, and shared cultural values. Founded in 2026, HFAM provides a welcoming space for the growing Latino presence within the Milwaukee Fire Department and beyond, while fostering leadership, professional growth, and pride in our heritage as we serve and protect our community.
